Southampton not looking to sign Sessegnon
Southampton are not looking to sign Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon during this month’s transfer window.
The Saints were reported to be interested in the 17-year-old, but the Premier League club are happy with their current options at left-back.
England’s Ryan Bertrand, who has been out with injury, remains first choice, while youngsters Sam McQueen and Matt Targett are highly-rated at St Mary’s.
Tottenham have long been interested in Sessegnon, while Manchester United are reported to be keen on him.
Fulham would demand a huge fee for the academy graduate, who signed his first professional contract at Craven Cottage last summer.
