Will it be yet another Chelsea shut-out at Middlesbrough? The punters think so
Chelsea travel to the Riverside Stadium on Sunday looking to improve on an already excellent recent record against Middlesbrough.
The Blues have won their last five games against Boro in the Premier League and have not conceded a goal in any of those games.
Chelsea have, coincidentally, won their last five league games without conceding and if they win to nil on Teesside – which is 11/8 at BetVictor – it will be the 10th time in the Premier League a club has won six or more league games without conceding. Note Chelsea have already achieved the feat on four previous occasions.
Antonio Conte’s men are 11/20 to win, with Boro, unbeaten in their last three, 6/1, and the draw at 31/10.
Eden Hazard limped out of Belgium’s World Cup qualifier but is optimistic of being available for Sunday’s game.
Hazard is 5/1 to score first, behind Diego Costa, another injury doubt, who is 10/3 to find the back of the net first.
