Smith to defend title at the Copper Box

Mitchell Smith will make the first defence of his southern-area title at the Copper Box Arena on Saturday 30 November.

Harrow’s super-featherweight prospect recently won the belt – his first professional title – with a points victory against Scott Moises at the same Olympic Park venue.

That took the 20-year-old’s record to 7-0 and he will return to east London on another Frank Warren-promoted show that will be headlined by Dereck Chisora and Billy Joe Saunders.

Wembley’s unbeaten welterweight Gary Corcoran (6-0) is also set to appear on the bill.
