Chelsea win at Bristol in WSL opener

Japan international Yuki Ogimi scored twice as Chelsea Ladies opened their Women’s Super League season with a 2-0 away win against Bristol Academy.

Ogimi netted both her goals in the first half, giving the Blues their second victory over Bristol in four days, having enjoyed an FA Cup win against them at the weekend.

They are next in action on Sunday when they face Liverpool at Staines Town’s Wheatsheaf Park in their first home match of the WSL campaign.
