Hughes waits for news on Zamora
QPR boss Mark Hughes is hopeful Bobby Zamora will be able to join the squad for Sunday’s crucial game against Reading.
Zamora has had an injection in his hip in order to boost his chances of being passed fit for the game.
He was able to train on Friday and will be assessed before Hughes names his side for the match at Loftus Road.
“Bobby trained but we’ve got to make sure there’s no reaction from that,” said Hughes.
“Hopefully he will be available. He’s still a bit stiff though, so we’ll have to wait and see.”
