Chelsea linked with Denmark’s Wass and QPR with Brazilian winger
Denmark international Daniel Wass has opened the door to a move to Chelsea or Liverpool, the Express claim.
It comes after the 25-year-old, who can play at right-back or in midfield, appeared to indicate that he would like to leave French club Evian.
“My head is still in Evian but if you offer me a departure in January, I will not say no,” he is quoted as saying.
“I want to progress and prove my abilities at a higher level. But a club has to be interested to meet the requirements that Evian have.”
Spanish media reports continue to suggest that Real Madrid are keen to sign goalkeeper Petr Cech from Chelsea.
There has been speculation that Cech could go to Spain as part of an exchange deal involving Real’s German midfielder Sami Khedira.
The Daily Star therefore suggest that reports in Italy that AC Milan are interested Khedira will come as a blow for Chelsea as well as Arsenal.
Meanwhile, QPR are one of several British clubs interested in Brazilian winger Wamberto, according to Sky Sports.
Celtic, Swansea, West Ham, Sunderland and Aston Villa are also said to be monitoring the 20-year-old, who is currently with Lierse SK.
His contract at the Belgian club reportedly expires in the summer and he has yet to agree a new deal.
It is claimed that a number of clubs are looking to capture him in January or sign him before then on a pre-contract agreement.
