QPR v Norwich: Holloway names first line-up

Conor Washington will start up front in Ian Holloway’s first QPR line-up since returning to Loftus Road for a second spell as manager.

Holloway, without the injured Steven Caulker and suspended Karl Henry, has included Joel Lynch, while Sandro is among the Rangers substitutes.

Norwich, meanwhile, are without defender Ivo Pinto, who has a groin injury.
