Harlequins have extended George Robson’s contract to the end of the 2014/15 season.
Robson, 25, is set to make his 100th appearance for the club when they face Exeter Chiefs at The Stoop on Saturday.
Since his debut in February 2006, he has established himself as a starting lock and played for England Saxons squad.
“George is one of the most competitive people I have ever come across,” said Quins director of rugby Conor O’Shea.
“As someone who has grown up in the club he has ambitions over the coming years to win silverware, not only with us but also internationally.
“We are delighted he has committed to us for the best years of his rugby career and look forward to helping him achieve his goals.”
Robson said: “I see us being a dominant side over the next few years and that’s something I want to be a part of.
“Having supported Harlequins as a kid, it’s going to be a massive honour for me to make my 100th appearance for the club this Saturday.”
