McClaren believes QPR upturn is in sight

QPR manager Steve McClaren says his team are close to turning the corner after a poor run of results.

Rangers bowed out of the FA Cup with a 1-0 defeat at home to Watford, having slipped to 18th in the Championship table after losing five league games in a row.

McClaren believes they were unlucky and that they can feel confident even though they now face a tough run of games.

It was the first time QPR had been in the fifth round of the FA Cup for 22 years.
