QPR boss Mick Beale responds to reports linking him with the manager’s jobs at Wolves and his former club Rangers.
Beale insists he will not be distracted and that his focus is on getting back to winning ways after Saturday’s defeat at Luton.

The thing is, this is his first attempt at managing an English club and he’s only been doing it for a matter of weeks in the 2nd tier. Now it seems, he may well be off to the top tier. Too soon me thinks, give it a few months and if/when they look like demotion prospects he will be dropped immediately. Far better to stay with us, gain promotion, get some experience under his belt before even thinking about moving on. Where are all the others who thought they were better than they were now? – banished to history.
I just hope this turns out to be fake news.
