Vargas scores on first outing at Loftus Road
Recent signing Eduardo Vargas scored only a minute into his first appearance at Loftus Road since joining QPR.
The Chile forward got the opening goal for Rangers’ development side in a 2-1 win against Millwall on Monday evening.
Vargas also went close with a header but was involved in a clash of heads shortly before the interval and didn’t appear for the second half.
Michael Doughty scored with a penalty soon after the restart following former QPR man Dan Shittu’s foul on Reece Grego-Cox.
Yun Suk-Young, working his way back to fitness after an injury, then handled in the area and Alfie Pavey netted for Millwall from the penalty spot.

Still feeling shell shocked from Sunday.
Well done development squad and Vargas had a run out.
Now let’s get some goals.
Can isla play left back and play Onuha as right back.
Or can Onuha play left back?.
4 4 2 is the set up.
We need goals, goals , goals.
Harry and Glen sort it out please.
I have a ticket for West Ham game let’s get amongst them.
Fight to get up the field and get bodies in and around the box.
Best method of defense is attack?.
Not sure that is completely correct but point made.
Come on Rangers start to enjoy your football.
The players are more than capable to achieve much more.
