Striker Washington set for QPR medical
Peterborough’s Conor Washington is set to undergo a medical at QPR after the two clubs agreed a fee for the striker.
Rangers hope to sign Washington, 23, for around £2.5m, although a number of other clubs have been tracking him and are expected to table bids.
He has scored 15 goals this season and 34 in total for Peterborough since being signed from Newport County two years ago.
QPR want to add to their squad during this month’s transfer window, with manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink particularly keen to sign a left-back and at least two strikers.
