Remy urges M’Vila to join him at QPR
Loic Remy says he has encouraged fellow Frenchman Yann M’Vila to join him at QPR.
Striker Remy, 26, signed for Rangers in a club-record £8m move from Marseille this week and will make his debut against West Ham on Saturday.
Terms have also been agreed for the signing of M’Villa, 22, from Rennes but it is claimed that other clubs are interested in the midfielder.
“I know him well from the French national team,” Remy explained.
“He has great passing ability and good vision. I would like him to come here. I’ve spoken to my new team-mates in training and we all want him here.
“I’ve spoken to him and I think he’d be very happy here. I think this club would be great for him to progress and we need people like him for the club to progress.”
