Redknapp yet to make approach for Ferdinand and Allen
Harry Redknapp says he has not discussed bringing former QPR stars Les Ferdinand and Clive Allen back to Loftus Road.
Ferdinand is on the coaching staff at Tottenham, where he and Allen worked under Redknapp when he was in charge at the north London club.
Redknapp is expected to make an approach at some stage but insists he is in no rush to add to his backroom team.
He said: “They’re two great lads. I kept Clive at Tottenham and brought Les in along with Tim Sherwood.
“Les is a great lad, but we’ve not discussed it. He’s got a job at Tottenham and I’ve not discussed things with Les or anyone else.
“I brought Kevin Bond and Joe Jordan with me and we’ll look at it as we go along and see what happens.”
