‘Recruitment has to be spot on’ for Beale to succeed at QPR
Kevin Gallen believes QPR’s recruitment will determine Michael Beale’s chances of success.
Beale has been confirmed as the club’s head coach.
Speaking on the West London Sport QPR podcast, former Rangers forward Gallen insisted the new man at the helm will ultimately be reliant on the right players being brought in.
“I believe the recruitment has to be spot on,” Galen said.
“I said it in January and I say it every week (on the podcast) that I believe we need some strikers at the club.
“Recruitment is massive. If you get the majority of your signings right, you usually get your performances on the pitch right.”
Gallen was joined by West London Sport’s Dan Bennett and Ian McCullough.
They discussed Beale’s background in coaching and what Rangers fans can expect of him.

What an obviously silly statement. We have a miniscule budget and you get what you pay for these days, Youngsters or ‘has beens’ is, and will be the order of the day for years to come. Welcome to the real world Kevin.
