QPR will make a late decision on whether Bobby Zamora and Julio Cesar are fit enough to play against Sunderland.
Zamora has been nursing an ankle problem and is also struggling with an ongoing hip condition, while keeper Cesar went off injured during last weekend’s win at Southampton.
Both are hoping to be included in Saturday’s squad, although manager Harry Redknapp has other options given that Jay Bothroyd scored against the Saints and Rob Green did well after coming on for Cesar.
“We’re not sure whether they’ll be fit – it’ll be a last-minute one,” said Redknapp.
“We need Bobby fit, but last weekend Jay Bothroyd scored and did ever so well, and that’s encouraging, and Loic Remy scored too.
“And Rob made a fantastic save when he came on – it looked a goal all the way.”
