Rangers to consider Hitchcock loan move
QPR are considering sending striker Tom Hitchcock back out on loan.
The 20-year-old, who spent time on loan at Bristol Rovers last season, scored on his Rangers debut after coming on as a substitute against Ipswich on Saturday.
He will be on the bench again for this weekend’s match at Bolton, after which his short-term future may lie away from Loftus Road.
“Let’s see how we go,” said Rangers manager Harry Redknapp.
“We’ll see what the next week or two brings and if he’s not in the side and we loan him out again then hopefully he’ll score some goals.
“It was great for him to score and that’s what he is – a little goalscorer.”
