QPR will assess a thigh problem that forced Joey Barton to come off during the first half of their 3-1 victory at Ipswich.
The midfielder picked up the injury early on and was eventually replaced by Karl Henry six minutes before the break.
His team responded well to the setback, with second-half goals from Niko Kranjcar, Gary O’Neil and substitute Armand Traore giving them resounding win.
Rangers, third in the Championship, are at home to Huddersfield next Saturday.
