QPR youngster Dalling set for Cork loan move
QPR youngster Deshane Dalling is expected to join Irish side Cork City on loan.
Dalling, 21, made his senior debut in Rangers’ FA Cup thrashing of Swansea City last month – the winger’s only first-team appearance to date.
Rangers are keen for him to get more experience and a deal has been agreed for him to join Cork, who begin their League of Ireland campaign against Shelbourne this Friday.
Dalling’s loan move is expected to be finalised in time for him to make his debut in that game.
He was picked up by QPR in December 2017 after being released by Huddersfield. He joined the Yorkshire club after being spotted playing for non-League Staines Town.
Dalling is one of several young players the R’s have been keen to go out on loan for the rest of the season in order for them to play first-team football.
Amrit Bansal-McNulty was recently loaned to Torquay and Nathan Carlyle to Concord Rangers.
