QPR’s proposed signing of Ishak Belfodil appears to be off after the club were unable to agree personal terms with the Inter Milan forward.
Rangers hoped to bring Belfodil, 22, to Loftus Road on loan with a view to a permanent move.
They had reached an agreement with Parma, who co-own the Algeria international.
Inter are happy for him to make the move and Parma were placated after initially insisting they wanted him sold for at least £7.5m.
But talks were abandoned on Thursday afternoon after Rangers refused to meet his wage demands.
