QPR are struggling and Birmingham can fancy their chances

QPR are out of the League Cup and, more importantly, out to 6/1 to finish in the top six this season – and 16/1 to get promoted.charlie-mcCann_Aff

These are difficult times for Rangers. And, after a 6-0 drubbing against Newcastle and a trip to leaders Huddersfield, they might see a home game against Birmingham as some light relief.

But the Blues are a decent side as well and I think Rangers might have to settle for a draw.

Birmingham are currently in the play-off positions after a good start to the season and are 2/1 to win at Loftus Road. QPR are 6/4 and the draw is 9/4.

Fulham host Bristol City for the second time in 72 hours, having been knocked out of the League Cup by a late winner by the prolific on-loan Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham in midweek.

The Whites are 23/20 to win, with a City victory and the draw both 12/5.

Abraham has been a revelation at Ashton Gate and is 11/2 to grab the opener and 17/10 to find the back of the Whites’ net again at the weekend.

Brentford travel to Wolves looking to build on their four-match unbeaten run and a 5-0 thrashing of Preston at Griffin Park last weekend.

Scott Hogan grabbed a hat-trick against the Lilywhites and the striker is 11/2 to score first in the Black Country and 13/8 to find the back of the Wolves net during the 90 minutes.

Wolves are 6/5 to get the three points, with the Bees 9/4 and the draw at 12/5.
