Luke Freeman has told The Independent he wants to join a promotion-challenging club if he is sold by QPR this summer.
Freeman has been outstanding for Rangers during a difficult season and is expected to attract interest from other clubs.
“I’m getting to a point now where I’m 27, I’m into my prime,” he said.
“I want to make sure that if I’m sold, it’s hopefully to someone going in the right direction, with the resources to push for promotion.”
QPR rejected offers for Freeman from Middlesbrough last summer. He has since extended his contract at Loftus Road.
In October he told West London Sport that he was “very happy” at Rangers but admitted the prospect of joining a club challenging for promotion appealed to him.
“It was difficult. I’d be lying if I said my head wasn’t turned, because to some extent it was,” Freeman said.

Makes me wonder what the 'right direction' is !
Well start putting pressure on the poor dears to get a decent manager who can get a promotion chasing squad together to push for promotion. Its not rocket science. We have the basis already. But I dont fancy your chances of success though.
