Luongo passed fit to return for QPR

Massimo Luongo will return for QPR against Wolves but Jack Robinson and Steven Caulker are still unavailable.

Luongo missed Saturday’s 3-0 defeat at Ipswich because of illness, while Robinson and Caulker are nursing hamstring and hip injuries respectively.

R’s boss Ian Holloway confirmed: “Massimo Luongo is definitely fit.

“He had a really bad sickness bug. That was on Friday. He’s back now – he trained yesterday and looked fresh and looked good.”

Robinson had to be replaced at half-time during the recent win against Norwich.

His injury is not serious and he is expected to return to full training this week, but he will not be considered for Thursday’s match.

Meanwhile, Holloway has all but ruled out a return to QPR for Kenny Jackett.
