QPR expect to learn the extent of Luke Amos’ knee injury in the next 24 hours.
Amos limped off during the second half of Saturday’s 0-0 draw at Bournemouth.
It appeared to be a worrying injury, although manager Mark Warburton played down its significance after the game.
Amos spent the best part of a year on the sidelines with a knee injury prior to joining QPR from Tottenham.
He suffered anterior cruciate ligament damage during an Under-23s game weeks after making his first-team debut for Spurs.
The midfielder spent last season on loan with the R’s and signed a permanent deal during the summer.
