QPR have abandoned plans for a pre-season trip to South Korea.
Rangers were expected to play a match against Gyeongnam in July and a number of other clubs in the region were keen for them to visit.
With two high-profile Korean players in their squad – Ji-sung Park and left-back Yun Suk-young – the trip was seen as an ideal opportunity for QPR to continue brand building in Asia.
But Rangers have reassessed their priorities following relegation from the Premier League and have decided to stay within Europe this summer.
