Ian Holloway believes QPR have made progress in their pursuit of signings.
Rangers are keen to add at least a couple of players to their squad during the final weeks of the transfer window.
And manager Holloway said: “Hopefully I’m going to add one or two. We’re a little bit closer to doing that.”
QPR had to delay loan move for Watford centre-back Tommie Hoban while he recovers from a knee injury he recently picked up in training.
They are also hoping arrange moves away from Loftus Road for Nasser El Khayati and Jay Emmanuel Thomas, who are not in Holloway’s plans.
