QPR’s Doughty returns to Swindon on loan
QPR’s Michael Doughty has returned to Swindon Town on a season-long loan.
The midfielder, who turns 24 in November, spent the second half of last term on loan with the Robins, making 20 appearances and scoring five goals.
Doughty has previously had loan spells at Crawley, St Johnstone, Aldershot, Stevenage and Gillingham.
He has made eight league appearances for QPR, all but one of them as a substitute.
His first-team chances at Rangers were slim given that he is behind the likes of Jordan Cousins, Ariel Borysiuk, Karl Henry and Massimo Luongo in the pecking order.
