QPR defender Steven Caulker could return to training next week.
The centre-back has been nursing a hip problem and is yet to feature since Ian Holloway’s return as Rangers manager.
He has been ruled out of Thursday’s home game against Wolves along with Jack Robinson, but both players appear to be close to a return.
“He (Caulker) is not ready yet. He’s improving and could possibly be training next week, but hips can be a little bit awkward,” said Holloway.
Massimo Luongo, who missed QPR’s defeat at Ipswich on Saturday because of illness, has been passed fit for the Wolves game.
Meanwhile, Holloway has all but ruled out return to QPR for Kenny Jackett.
