QPR have made an offer for Wycombe goalkeeper Matt Ingram.
Wycombe, managed by former Rangers favourite Gareth Ainsworth, have indicated that they will accept the bid for the 22-year-old, who has been monitored by several clubs in recent months.
Rangers are keen to bring in a keeper and offload Rob Green, whose contract includes clause that would see the 35-year-old land a new deal if he makes 30 appearances this term. Green has so far made 25.
Meanwhile, QPR plan to offer Italian defender Marco Motta a contract until the end of the season.
The 29-year-old right-back was recently granted trial by Rangers, who have been keen to assess his fitness – Motta has been without a club since leaving Watford at the end of last season.
Prior to his three-month spell at Vicarage Road, during which time he made seven league starts for the Hornets, Motta was at Juventus.
Motta, who began his career at Roma and also spent a year at Udinese, was sent out on loan to Genoa, Bologna and Catania by Juve before eventually securing a move to England.
Rangers believe he can provide them with short-term cover at right-back before longer-term options are assessed in the summer.
