QPR are monitoring Dundee United striker Lawrence Shankland.
The Scotland international, 24, has scored 21 goals for his club this season and played twice for his country, scoring against San Marino.
Those goals have helped United open up a 14-point lead at the top of the Scottish Championship.
The R’s have been keeping tabs on Shankland for some time and director of football Les Ferdinand watched him in action in a derby against Dundee on Friday.

I'm glad we're looking to buy a striker, but when will the club realise what we have lacked all season is a decent goalkeeper, and a decent defence in front of him.
