QPR agree fee for Charlton midfielder Cousins
QPR have agreed a fee with Charlton for midfielder Jordan Cousins.
The 22-year-old is set to move to Loftus Road for an initial £1.25m, with the fee potentially rising to £1.4m with add-ons.
He was left out of Charlton’s squad for a pre-season friendly against Bromley on Tuesday ahead of his expected transfer.
A number of clubs have expressed an interest in signing him since the Addicks’ relegation from the Championship last season.
Cousins has made 136 appearances for Charlton, scoring seven goals, and was widely tipped to move on this summer.
He could make his QPR debut in a friendly against Northampton Town next Tuesday.
