QPR management meet to discuss potential signings
QPR’s management team are due to meet on Monday afternoon to discuss transfer targets.
Rangers have been monitoring a number of players in recent weeks and plan to add at least a couple to their squad during the final weeks of the transfer window.
They remain keen on Andy Yiadom despite reports of Premier League interest in the Barnsley full-back, while a loan deal for Watford defender Tommie Hoban has been lined up.
Manager Ian Holloway is also hoping to bring in at least one forward before the transfer deadline.
“We’ve got a big meeting today about where we are and who might be available,” Holloway said.
Rangers, who brought in Gary Penrice to lead their scouting team this summer, have been criticised by some fans for being relatively inactive in the transfer market.
“No-one’s to blame for that. I don’t know why fans look at that. It’s not about who you sign it’s about who we’ve already got,” said Holloway.
“We’ll get ahead of the game eventually – Gary has only just come in.”

Given our budget I don’t think we can buy better than we’ve already got. I think Freeman, Wszolek, Washington, Sylla, Ngbakoto, Luongo, Cousins can all improve so stability is what we need. We’ve tried throwing money at it, this time we need patience.
