QPR v Peterborough player ratings
QPR’s slump continued with a dismal 3-1 defeat at home to struggling Peterborough. Here’s how we rated each Rangers player.
Kieren Westwood: 7
A very decent performance on his debut, despite the result. Blameless for all three Posh goals, Westwood produced a good save in the build-up to the first and prevented a late fourth with another good stop.
Rob Dickie: 5
His poor form continued with another shaky performance. Indecisive and clearly lacking confidence.
Jimmy Dunne: 5
Also struggled. Beaten with alarming ease at times and his silly foul to give a penalty away handed Peterborough the initiative.
Dion Sanderson: 4
An absolutely dreadful performance from the on-loan Wolves defender. Early and late in the game Rangers had let-offs after he had given the ball away, and in between those errors he was beaten for two of Posh’s goals.
Albert Adomah: 5
Another Rangers player who had a shocker. His display was blighted by heavy touches and wayward deliveries, although a good cross for Andre Gray almost led to a goal.
Sam Field: 5
Tried hard and didn’t hide, but struggled badly in midfield in the second half.
Andre Dozzell: 5
Anonymous. In general he just doesn’t do enough.
Luke Amos: 7
Scored a fine goal and was Rangers’ stand-out player before being replaced in the second half – a substitution which inevitably did not go down well with the home crowd.
Sam McCallum: 6
Back in the starting line-up after injury, McCallum started brightly but faded along with the rest of the team.
Ilias Chair: 6
Went close with a first-half strike and was a problem for Peterborough before it all went wrong for Rangers.
Andre Gray: 6
Involved in the build-up to QPR’s goal and went close when he headed Adomah’s cross against the bar. But needed to do more against such a potentially vulnerable defence.
Jeff Hendrick: 6
Didn’t offer much after coming on in the second half.
Charlie Austin: 6
Also unable to make an impact after his introduction.
George Thomas: 6
Ran around after being sent on but also unable to change things.

As high as these eh? In my view not one should be over 5 except for our goalie. Disgraceful display – how to go from 1-0 up to 1-3 down without really trying.
