Clarke-Salter passed fit to return for QPR
Jake Clarke-Salter has been passed fit to return for QPR.
The defender has recovered from a knee injury and will be in the squad against Huddersfield.
So too will Taylor Richards, who has been building up his fitness after a spell out injured.
But Luke Amos looks increasingly unlikely to be involved against the Terriers.
Amos went off during the second half of Saturday’s defeat by West Brom.
If the midfielder is not fit enough to start Tuesday’s game then boss Mick Beale is minded to leave him out altogether.
“Jake Clarke-Salter is back in and Taylor Richards will be back in as well,” Beale confirmed.
“Luke Amos will be touch-and-go. He had a bit of tightness in his hamstring. If I don’t feel I’ll start him then it might be a chance to leave him out.
“But we haven’t made a full decision on that because we’re still in the recovery process now and are assessing everyone.”
