QPR will again be without Sam McCallum for Tuesday’s game against Birmingham.
The on-loan youngster picked up a hamstring injury during last week’s Carabao Cup win against Everton and missed Friday’s defeat at West Bromwich Albion.
“He won’t be ready for this game,” confirmed manager Mark Warburton, who could also be without Stefan Johansen and Jordy de Wijs.
Worryingly for Rangers, captain Johansen limped off with a hamstring problem late in the game at Albion.
De Wijs also went off and both players were due to be assessed at the club’s training ground on Monday morning.
Warburton said: “Stef’s in this morning and so is Jordy to see how they are. It’s about seeing how the boys report in.
“At the moment it’s about checking personnel. You can’t risk them if they’re not right. We’ll check them this morning and see how they are.
“We’re very careful about what we do with the boys but this (recent injuries) is purely about the demands - just the loading and the pressure on the bodies at the moment.”
