QPR complete deals to sign Dembélé and Saito
QPR have completed the loan signings of Karamoko Dembélé from French club Brest and Koki Saito from Belgian outfit Lommel.
Dembélé (pictured above) can play on the wing or up front and has joined on a season-long loan ahead of an expected £2.2m permanent move next summer.
QPR were interested in Dembele. who was born in England and raised in Scotland, while he was at Celtic prior to Brest signing him in 2022.
The 21-year-old impressed on loan at Blackpool last season, prompting several Championship clubs to pursue him.
Saito, 22, is primarily a left-sided midfielder and has spent the past two seasons on loan at Dutch top-flight side Sparta Rotterdam.
He has recently featured for Japan at the Olympics – they lost to Spain in the quarter-finals.
Rangers have also signed him on a season-long loan deal with a view to a permanent move next summer.
