Amit Bhatia says he is pleased with the impact Mark Warburton has made since taking over as QPR manager last summer.
In an interview for the club website, Bhatia said significant progress has been made during Warburton’s tenure.
The Rangers chairman explained: “I’m really pleased with how Mark has come in, the changes that he’s made, the style of football that we’re playing, the opportunity that he’s given to the young players, the development of the young players.
“These were conversations that were had early doors with Mark. But it’s one thing to have them, it’s another thing to see them in action.
“While it’s not a finished product, I think we can all see that progress is happening on the pitch.”
Bhatia does not expect Rangers to do much business during this month’s transfer window.
“There probably will not be a lot of activity,” he said, citing inflated asking prices and Rangers’ determination to develop young players.
“But if there was something that presented itself, that filled a hole or that really added value that the manager was keen on, we would definitely be looking at those,” he added.

Are you for real Chairman? - take a look at our goals for and against before you say you can see progress on the pitch. Yes, we are passing the ball better but the defence...................
Chairman - please look at our goals scored and conceded count this season, the clues are there.
Definitely need 2 CBs... a GK good with his feet as well as his hands...and possibly another striker to help Hugil and Wells.
