QPR boss says he might change formation against Derby
Mark Warbuton says QPR might change formation for Saturday’s game against Derby County.
Rangers boss Warburton recently switched from a 4-2-3-1 system to 3-5-2.
But he says he could revert back to the previous formation in light of Derby playing with one up front in their win against Bournemouth.
Warburton will assess the fitness of his players before making a final decision.
His midfield options are limited, with Tom Carroll facing three months on the sidelines with a knee injury.
Warburton explained: “We’ll see how the players look in training.
“I’m conscious also that Derby changed their shape the other night against Bournemouth.
“They may see us as playing the three, so we may look to go to a four.
“Their change might see us back to our 4-2-3-1. We’ll wait and see.”
Lee Wallace, who has not featured since going off injured against Bristol City on 1 December, is back in training and could return to the squad.

Personally, Im not bothered about formations at he moment, so long as we win and get back up the table, thats when I get interested in formations. But I guess one particular (or should I say peculiar?) carthorse will be playing.
