QPR boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink plans to make changes for Wednesday’s EFL Cup game against Sunderland.
A number of youngsters are in contention to feature in the third-round tie at Loftus Road, where Rangers were hammered 6-0 by Newcastle last week.
Hasselbaink’s side lost 2-1 at Huddersfield on Saturday, after which the Dutchman admitted that his players’ confidence has been affected by the debacle against the Magpies.
And he intends to leave out some of them for the match against David Moyes’ side.
Hasselbaink said: “It’s another tough match. I will have to rest a few players that have a few knocks and will not play, and put some younger players in.”

I have been to all cup games so far and have tickets with my son to this one. you have played strong sides up till now. dont bottle it now, we need this to be a top effort from everyone to get confidence back.
one up front at home = rubbish

Bye bye Jimmy. It's been emotional. Tactically inept, a clown of the highest order.
Just go son
You ain't got a clue
Your making Ramsey look good
Why
Leave the lot out
Play the strongest side we need to more confidence to lose again will not help. 5 points off relegation already.
