Wallace expected to return to QPR squad
Lee Wallace is expected to return to the QPR squad for Wednesday’s game at Derby.
Wallace has missed two matches since limping off during the recent goalless draw against Birmingham.
The Scot is due to train ahead of the trip to the East Midlands and manager Mark Warburton expects Wallace to be available.
Warburton said: “Everyone’s OK as far as I’m aware. We’ll make a few checks this morning.
“We’re hoping to have a fully fit squad apart from the obvious ones in Luke Amos, who is obviously out of the equation at the moment, and George Thomas, who is getting closer.”
Summer signing Thomas has been out for more than a month with a thigh problem.
Warburton explained: “George is still just working his way back.
“We’re probably looking for him to impact the team post-international break.”
Keeping it fresh
The fixture schedule has been crammed before that break and Warburton expects to rotate his squad, with the Derby game quickly followed by another away trip, to Blackburn on Saturday.
“We now go into the situation that Cardiff had last week, playing Wednesday and Saturday,” Warburton said.
“I’ll keep it fresh. Will I freshen it up on Wednesday or will I freshen it up on Saturday? We’ll wait and see.”

It’s been a rough month, I slipped on and out of despair but, one thing is true, Adomah is a class act and I hope it rubs off on the other RED and WHITE shirted players, good to see you fighting for the new shirt, it looks good.
Moving on, stop those penalties guys, get on the right side of the opponent to stop him, not handball, trip and pull him down – wake up, there taking the mickey and your falling for it.
Put pressure on the opponent, not on yourself, do to them what hurts most and the Goals will come.
Keep fighting the fight, your looking good at times, just need less games and more fitness like Leicester City did, keep working hard and we will have something to cheer about in the end.
