QPR are assessing a hamstring injury suffered by Esteban Granero in their 1-1 draw with West Brom in the FA Cup.
The Spanish midfielder was replaced at the interval after struggling through the final minutes of the first half.
Earlier, Rangers made a last-minute change to their bench, taking Shaun Wright-Phillips out of the matchday squad after he too complained of a hamstring problem.
Manager Harry Redknapp explained: “With Granero it was a slight hamstring problem. I took him off before he tore it.”
Meanwhile, Rangers believe the hamstring injury which forced Junior Hoilett to come off at Chelsea and kept him out of the Albion game is not serious.
The R’s face a replay after Kieron Dyer’s last-gasp equaliser meant they were spared another home defeat.
West Brom were the better side for much of the game and looked to have booked their place in the fourth round after Shane Long’s 79th-minute opener.
“We didn’t want to get beaten – that was important,” said Redknapp.
“If we’ve got to have a replay then have a replay. The most important thing was not to get beaten and it was interesting to look at some players I hadn’t seen before.”
Meanwhile, Ryan Nelsen looks set to quit QPR to take job in the United States.
