QPR are monitoring the fitness of Joey Barton and Jordon Mutch ahead of the game against West Ham.
The Rangers midfielders have both been out with hamstring problems and were due to be assessed on Friday to see if they have any chance of featuring in Sunday’s derby at Upton Park.
Manager Harry Redknapp explained: “I’m not sure until today. We need to look at one or two of them.
“We wouldn’t be 100% sure until we get through the session and look at those on the borderline and see how they are.”
Sandro has been passed fit after taking knock to the head during Saturday’s 2-1 defeat against Southampton.
The former Tottenham man, who had just returned from a knee problem, was involved in a collision after only eight minutes at St Mary’s but the decision to take him off was taken purely as a precaution.
