QPR have agreed a deal with Burnley to sign Nahki Wells on loan.
The striker looks set to move to Loftus Road along with Brighton forward Tomer Hemed, whose loan move is close to being completed.
Wells, 28, is due to undergo a medical and Rangers are hoping to finalise the deals in time for both players to be available for Saturday’s home match against Wigan.
Bermudian Wells has plenty Championship experience, having had a three-year spell at Huddersfield before joining Burnley in 2017.
Rangers boss Steve McClaren also wants to bring in a centre-back before the loan window closes at the end of the month.
