Plans to redevelop the Warren Farm Sports Centre into a training ground for QPR have been formally submitted to Ealing Council.
Rangers are keen to leave their current base at Harlington and West London Sport revealed in January that the Warren Farm site near Osterley Park is the club’s first choice for a new headquarters.
A number of other parties have also expressed an interest in redeveloping the site, including the wealthy owners of Southall FC.
Last month QPR chief executive Philip Beard said he was “quitely confident” the club’s plans would be approved.
