Nedum Onuoha says QPR’s players are keen to forget Tuesday’s Capital One Cup debacle against Swindon.
Rangers’ second-round defeat against the League One side means they have now lost four of their last five home ties in the competition – three of them against lower division opposition.
And defender Onouha, who was given a tough time by Robins striker Nile Ranger, insists his team must quickly move on and focus on their promotion challenge.
He said: “It was great disappointment, because at home we fancy our chances against anyone.
“We were very much off the pace and struggling and Swindon took advantage of that. We allowed them to play.
“But Clint [Hill] made a great point that we’re really disappointed from this game but we need to learn our lessons from it, and we can’t really dwell on it.
“The minute you go back to the training pitch you must forget about it.”
