Jack Robinson is close to a return to action after 10 months on the sidelines with a knee injury.
The 22-year-old left-back, who joined QPR in the summer of 2014, suffered cruciate ligament damage last March while playing for Huddersfield.
He is yet to make a first-team appearance for Rangers, having joined Huddersfield on a season-long loan immediately after being signed from Liverpool.
Robinson, a former England Under-21 international, was considered for selection for friendly against Reading last week.
In the end he did not feature in the match, but he could play some part in another QPR friendly on Tuesday – again against Reading.
Italian right-back Marco Motta, who is on trial with the R’s, is expected to feature in the game.
