Hull forward Jarrod Bowen is a doubt for the game against QPR on Saturday.
The highly-rated Bowen, who has been linked with Premier League clubs, has back and shoulder problems and faces a fitness test.
Jordy De Wijs has been struggling with illness and will also be assessed ahead of the game.
Rangers head north on an appalling run, having lost nine of their past 11 Championship matches.
Hull, meanwhile, have lost their last two games.

A scrap to survive is for sure, especially if Hull win (its a dot on the cards). I fail to see how this is QPR's 'next level' that heralded McC's arrival, or that Ollie would have done any worse. One things for sure, whatever they decide to do it will be the wrong decision (again).
Humberside? That ceased to exist in 1996. Time to get into the 21st century.
