Holloway says QPR duo could miss Brentford game
QPR defenders Alex Baptiste and Jack Robinson are doubts for Saturday’s derby at Brentford, according to Ian Holloway.
Baptiste has been nursing a knee problem and Holloway says the former Blackpool centre-back could miss this weekend’s game along with Robinson, who has been ill.
Rangers manager Holloway told the club’s website they have “a bit of an injury crisis in defence” ahead of the visit to Griffin Park.
QPR are without the injured Joel Lynch and the suspended Nedum Onuoha, while Grant Hall’s season was ended by a persistent knee problem.
Holloway has been in bullish mood ahead of the match, declaring that his team are ready to battle with play-off chasing Brentford and would “chase them until they make mistakes.”
