Ben Gladwin has rejoined Swindon Town on loan for the rest of the season.
It will be Gladwin’s third loan spell at Swindon since they sold him to QPR in the summer of 2015 – and the second time he has left Loftus Road after a poor FA Cup performance.
Gladwin, 24, was sent on loan to Bristol City a year ago after failing to impress the then recently-appointed R’s boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink in a cup tie at Nottingham Forest.
And Hasselbaink’s successor Ian Holloway has similarly decided Gladwin does not feature in his first-team plans following his display in Saturday’s cup exit against Blackburn.
It was Gladwin’s 17th appearance for QPR since his arrival from Swindon, where he remains a crowd favourite.
