What should QPR do if McCallum’s injury rules him out?

QPR have been assessing Sam McCallum after he limped off during the Carabao Cup game against Everton.

McCallum picked up what looked like a nasty hamstring injury and it is not clear how serious the problem is.

The on-loan wing-back being sidelined would leave Rangers with a problem as Lee Wallace is also out of action.

Moses Odubajo can play on the left and Osman Kakay has also been deployed there.

But former QPR striker Kevin Gallen believes switching Yoann Barbet to the left flank and giving Jimmy Dunne a place in the back three would be the best option if McCallum is unavailable.

Kevin was joined by West London Sport’s Dan Bennett, Ben Kosky and Ian McCullough, who agreed that Barbet would be the best option if McCallum is out.

They also discussed the Everton game, Rangers’ current midfield options and more.

Kevin believes Dunne’s performances when he has played mean he is putting Jordy de Wijs under pressure for a place.
